In most cases our clients prefer that we project manage everything from the design and development stage through to final mass production and shipment.

Once we have the specification and requirements we can identify the appropriate manufacturing support. If necessary, mock-up samples can be made. We then liase very closely with the designers and tool makers to ensure the off-tool sample is produced in as short a lead-time as possible. Any required modifications are made and once first-off article sample approval is given then mass production is released and closely monitored.

As we're living in a real world there will be problems cropping up. We will take care of all the problem solving. Communication is easy within Asia as we have the right professionals speaking the same language but we will also provide regular feedback to our customer to get their advice and approvals. We also ensure that there is a closed loop corrective action system through systematic follow-ups.

A key aspect of new product introductions is Intellectual Property Rights and we ensure that all our suppliers given confidential information sign Confidentiality Agreements where appropriate or as required by our client.
